Bend your body forward at about 45°. Take the measuring tape and measure the circumference of your body around the fullest part of your bust, typically where your nipples are.

Stand up straight, then take the measuring tape and wrap it around your ribcage, just under your bust. The measuring tape should be parallel to the ground.

Use a flexible measuring tape and measure the circumference around your waistline. Not sure where you waistline is? Your waistline is usually just above your belly button. Stand in front of a mirror, and bend to one side. Your waistline is simply where you can see a natural indentation in torso on this side. Make sure to keep the measuring tape parallel with floor.

Measure circumference around body at fullest point of hips and bottom. You will find your hips approximately 7" to 9" below your waistline (there are som individual differences). Make sure to always keep the measuring tape parallel with the floor.
